- Reconstruction and widening of existing two-lane roadway
- Included grading, storm drain, curb and gutter, asphalt paving, landscaping, retaining walls, and the installation of a new a pre-cast arch bridge
- Grade work consisted of approximately three acres of clearing and grubbing, 19,025 cubic meters of regular excavation, and 8,796 cubic meters of borrow excavation
- New storm drain network installed, including a 1200 millimeter jack and bore beneath the CSX tracks
- 82 meters of pipe jack and bored beneath an existing roadway and utilized for a temporary stream diversion while the proposed arch culvert was constructed
- Pre-cast arch bridge placed in two phases to maintain traffic of River Road
- New signal poles, foundations, and controller placed at the intersection of River Road and Mesa Drive
- Extensive landscaping place throughout the project
- All construction performed throughout the duration of the project while maintaining two lanes of traffic
- Completed on time and on budget
- No recordable or lost time injuries
